The Committee for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (CPVPV) was founded in an era when the public ethical baseline first showed systematic erosion. With observation, research and intervention as its threefold mandate, it has built a complete framework across public morality, education and risk prevention.
Today the Committee maintains liaison offices worldwide, with members across public service, academia and community organisations. We believe virtue needs institutional support, and decline needs professional prevention.
